Morgan Richard, RN, is a dedicated weight loss and wellness nurse who is passionate about helping clients take control of their health and feel confident in their bodies. She specializes in creating sustainable, realistic plans tailored to each individual’s goals—whether that’s losing weight, boosting energy, or improving overall well-being. With a supportive, non-judgmental approach, she empowers clients to make lasting lifestyle changes that go beyond the scale.

Alongside her focus on wellness, she is also an experienced aesthetic nurse injector trained in treatments such as Botox and dermal fillers. She is skilled in using advanced medical laser technologies, including laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, and RF microneedling, to help clients achieve smoother, more radiant skin. Her approach to aesthetics complements her wellness philosophy—supporting clients in feeling confident both inside and out.

Outside of North Carolina Weight and Wellness, she enjoys a full and joyful life with her husband Justin, a firefighter, their daughter Emory, and their two dogs, Axe and Baby. She’s passionate about fitness, loves cooking healthy meals, and always looks forward to her next trip to Key West. A lifelong learner, she listens to more podcasts than music and is constantly exploring new ways to support her clients on their journey to a healthier, more vibrant life.
