Appetite Control

Protrim is a weight loss aid that contains vitamins, minerals, and a bulking agent to create a feeling of fullness and to help curb the appetite. Chromium, an essential trace mineral, has been added to this combination to aid in the metabolism of sugar and carbohydratres.

Protrim may work in two ways: as an appetite controller and as a fat and sugar binder. Before meals, taken with an 8oz glass of water, Protrim (carboxymethylcellulose), can swell seven times its dry volume in the stomach. This promotes a feeling of fullness and keeps one from over-eating. During digestion, the Protrim™ bulking fiber is thought to surround sugar and fat molecules and thus minimize their absorption by the body.

Ingredients: Each three capsules contain: Carboxymethylcellulose - 500 mg, Vitamin A - 5000 IU, Vitamin D - 400 IU, Chromium - 300 mcg, Calcium - 87 mg, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) - 60mg, Phosphorus - 45 mg, Niacinamide - 20 mg, Riboflavin - 1.2 mg, Thiamine - 1 mg, in a base of trace minerals.
